Where we stand

We're not in network yet. Credentialing is underway, but we won't tell you it's done before it is.

Until it goes through, everything here is self-pay: one published price, with nothing to claim back, appeal or chase. For some people that's simpler than dealing with a plan. For others it's a reason to look elsewhere - and we'd rather you knew now than after your first appointment.

Ask on your call and we'll tell you where credentialing stands that week.

No surprises

What you won't be charged for

No facility fees of any kind.
No charge for TMS touch-ups within six months.
No prior authorization to arrange.

Fees are discussed with you before you schedule and pay for an appointment. If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll say so on the call rather than book you in.

Other services, priced individually. Court-ordered evaluations, expert witness testimony, and evaluations required by a regulatory body are quoted individually.

Questions

What do people ask before they call

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

  • Why is the shortest TMS course the cheapest?

Because it's 20 sessions rather than 36 or 50, and it uses less clinic time. The price follows the treatment, not the convenience.

  • Do I pay for the whole course up front?

Payment arrangements are discussed on your call, before you schedule anything.

  • Will my insurance reimburse me?

That depends on your plan and is between you and your insurer. We're not in network, so we can't claim on your behalf, and we can't tell you what your plan will reimburse.

  • What does the free call cost?

Nothing. Ten minutes with a psychiatrist, no obligation to book afterwards. The free call is for TMS, ketamine and Spravato - for other care, we'll arrange a standard appointment.

  • Is the evaluation charged separately if I go on to have TMS?

No. The evaluation is included in every TMS course price.

Talk it through before you commit

The honest way to find the right treatment is a short conversation. On a free 10-minute call, a psychiatrist talks through what you've tried and which option fits - with no obligation to book.
